All Pacific Edge Sports Academy policies are agreed upon at time of enrollment and are accessible in your iClassPro member account. Our policies are also posted here on our website as well as throughout our facility for your convenience and quick reference while on-site.

• Athletes may wear athletic clothing OR leotards/singlets as long as it follows the guidelines below.
• Athletes must be barefoot, in grip socks, or approved athletic shoes in class.
• Specialized shoes may be worn for sport specific needs.
• NO chewing gum.
• NO dangling jewelry.
• NO midriff tops, baggy clothing, buttons, or zippers on clothing.
• Hair should be pulled neatly and securely away from the face. Large bows or other large hair ornaments that may cause discomfort during activity should not be worn.
• Attending class in inappropriate attire will result in being issued a loaner item or rescheduled class.
• Athletes under the age of 6 must be accompanied by a guardian. This is not applicable to events with specific age restrictions.
• Please pick up your child within 10 minutes of business closing hours. You will be charged a $15 late pick up fee thereafter.
• Pacific Edge Sports Academy is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items. Please remove any and all valuable belongings from your car. Please leave any and all valuable belongings at home.
• Profanity, obscene, inappropriate, and vulgar content is strictly prohibited on the premises or any PESA facilitated events.
• Water is the only liquid allowed on the floor in a sealable cup.
• Children are only allowed on the floor during classes they are actively enrolled in.
• Parent participation classes include no more than one parent per athlete.
• Parents are not allowed on the floor unless class specifically states otherwise.
• Any child, regardless of age or ability, who poses a safety concern to themselves or others during their class time will be removed from their class and offered reasonable accommodations.
• All walkways must be clear at all times. This is meant to respect our coaching staff, as well as make sure your athlete is not getting distracted during class.
• Coaching over the fence is prohibited.
• Drugs and alcohol are strictly prohibited on the premises. This includes during Birthday Parties.
• Missed classes must be excused prior to the class taking place in order to receive a makeup token. Make up tokens for excused absences are generated after the excused absence has occurred (when the class is over).
• Makeup Tokens expire 30 days after they are awarded to your account.
• Athletes must be an ACTIVE member to use makeup tokens.
• Makeup tokens have no cash/credit value & can only be used for classes.
• $100 family lifetime member registration fee is due upon enrollment.
• Certain programs require uniforms or special attire that will need to be purchased separately.
• A digital drop form must be submitted in order to discontinue membership fees BEFORE the 25th of the month. On the 25th you are committing to that spot for the following month and no membership credits or refunds will be given. This form is available on our website or upon request.
• Members may place their membership on hold for 50% of normal tuition fees 1 time per year for 1 month. Placing your account on hold guarantees your class enrollment but does not allow the member to attend classes or receive makeup tokens during the month on hold. You must have a hold form submitted before the 25th of the month.
• If you drop your athlete for more than 3 months, they will need to trial in the beginning level of the class to for safety to make sure they still have the skills they need.
• Only guardians listed on the iClass account can make changes and request information.
• We require all active members to keep a debit/credit card on file. ALL outstanding charges are automatically charged on the 1st of the month. Any unsuccessful payments are run again on the 5th of the month. Outstanding ProShop charges over $20 are automatically charged on each Friday of the month.
• Tuition fees guarantee your athlete a reserved spot in their registered class, regardless of attendance. Your student remains enrolled in classes until you drop them.
• Declined card fee: $10
• Returned check/chargeback fee: $25
• If payment is not received by the 10th your athlete will be dropped from their class.
• Your account must be current in order to attend classes, events, or purchase any items.
• No balance transfers between accounts.
Account credits cannot be redeemed for cash or refund.
• Holiday closures are considered in pricing. As an incentive for our members, we will still award a makeup token for each scheduled closure. We do not offer prorating or refunds for closures.
• Closures due to natural disasters, government orders, pandemics, or forces beyond our control will be awarded makeup tokens with a 90-day expiration date for use once our facility reopens.
